Team Rubicon is seeking an Associate, Operations to join our Programs team. This role will collaborate across teams, manage competing priorities, and build relationships with disaster response partners in the Carolinas.
Based remotely in North Carolina or South Carolina (with preference in Raleigh, Charlotte, or Columbia). You will support the leadership lifecycle, recruitment, and onboarding while executing disaster response strategies with volunteers and Grey shirts.
