A Community Outreach Associate
is someone who is seeking a part-time position to develop a career in communityoutreachwithatransformationalnonprofit.

This Outreach Associatewillconductthe Girl Scouts  Inspire Meprogramwhilepresentingcontemporaryissuescurriculumforelementaryagedschoolgirls inthe Greater Houston, Missouri City and Richmond/Rosenberg area.

• Mustbeavailabletwotofourdaysaweek.
  
  Hoursvarybetween7:00AMto5:00PM Must be available to work 2 camp weekend events, which may include overnight stay
• Competentinmakingpresentationstoandinteractingwithlargegroupsof elementary aged girlsinavarietyofschool settings
• Transportsuppliestoandfromthe Girl Scoutofficein  Stafford, as needed. Able to lift and transport supplies sometimes more than 25 pounds, as needed.
• Ability to work as a team player with other Girl Scout staff Priorexperienceworking/volunteeringwithyouthpreferred Prior Girl Scout experience helpful, but not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish). This is highly desirable but not required.
• A high school graduate minimum is required, some college or degree preferred.
• Aholderofavalid Texas driver’slicenseandproofofinsurancewiththeflexibilitytotravel throughout assigned area.
• Ability to work from home, as needed, to include high speed home internet access and accessibility to a non-distractinganduninterruptedspacewithadequatelightingandergonomicallyadequatework-space.
