As our Head of Impact, Americas,you'llhelp bring that belief to life by growing The Intrepid Foundation and embedding responsible business practices across the region.

A key focus of this role is growing support for The Intrepid Foundation in the Americas through partnerships and fundraising.

You'llbuild a pipeline of values-aligned partners and funders, develop compelling funding proposals, and work closely with our global team to turn shared values into meaningful action.

You'llalso help build community and connection, champion environmental and social initiatives, and embed impact across our experiences and operations.

This role suits someone who enjoysoperatingat multiple levels.

You'llhelp shape strategy, build plans,and then work across the business to bring them to life. Plus,you'llbe equally comfortable thinking about thebig picture and getting hands-on to deliver meaningful outcomes. This is a hybrid role based in one of our offices in Seattle, Denver or Toronto. The starting salary is USD $85,000, with the overall range varying by region and experience, as this role is advertised across multiple locations in the US and Canada.

Some of the essentialexperiencesyou'llbring may include:

At leastfiveyears' experience working within a 501c3 charity or an equivalent non-profit or philanthropic organization

Demonstrated experience building and managing stakeholder relationships within a business development,fundraisingor partnership environment.

Experience working with fundraising,financialtargetsand budgets.

Working knowledge of environmental and social impacts within a business setting.

An understanding of philanthropy within the US context.

A genuine connection to Intrepid'sresponsible travel philosophy and Purpose Beyond Profit ethos.
