- Develop awareness and expertise around the donor pipeline at Open Doors, including how various teams and tactics interact with donors to enhance their relationship to the ministry and deepen their partnership.
- Collaborate with the Associate Director of Mid-Level Relations to implement strategies for donor growth and retention.
- Identify donors who would value deeperrelationshipswho have the capacity to increase giving and desire to deepen engagement.
- Provide relational care to mid-level one-time annual givers, seeking opportunities to strengthen connection and long-term partnership.
- Regularly engage caseload donors and prospective mid-level donors through weekly phone calls, handwritten notes,emailsand personalized outreach with the ability to manage increased outreach volume during seasonal campaigns and other peak periods.
- Regularly complete assigned projects including contributing to departmental brainstorming; supporting various mid-level campaigns; and implementing additional touchpoints.
- Maintainaccurateandtimelydocumentation of all donor interactions on their caseload or prospect load within the CRM.

- Confidentiality and integrity in handling donor information
- High emotional intelligence and able to discern donor interest and respond with warmth, professionalism, and clarity.
- Propensity to find enjoyment in task-oriented work and is comfortable with a role that includes producing a high volume of recurring outreach and follow-up activities like outgoing calls, emails and notecards.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment while maintaining regular communication, responsiveness, productivity, and accountability.
- Ability to travel occasionally for team events or meetings.
- 2–4 years in relational, service-oriented role in a fundraising, customer service, sales or ministry context
