• Provide medication management including initial assessments, evaluating test/lab data, and updating the EHR
• Maintain metrics of productivity
• Provide teaching/education to clinical staff as required
• Attending required department education and meetings
• Promptly respond to calls and emails
• Provide necessary telehealth services.

• Collaborate with a team of counselors, mental health specialists, and physicians.
• Valid State of Ohio License to prescribe
• DEA and NPI Familiarity with the preferred EHR medical charting system
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• 3 + years experience providing direct client care to persons receiving treatment for psychiatric disorders.
• Certified Nurse Practitioner (Preferred)

Work setting Remote and In-person (Berea, Valley View, Lorain)

Job Type: PART-TIME

Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
