Home-based Research Nurse or CRA for Patient-Centric Clinical Trial Service in Germany

We are looking to hire part-time Research Nurses to support our existing Research Nurse team in Germany their work of interviewing, qualifying and referring patients to research sites and clinical trials in Germany.

• Qualification and referral of patients to research sites through phone interviews and assessment of self-reported health data provided by the community member/patient.
• Collaboration with research sites at hospitals and clinics as needed
• Self-management of working hours – home based
• 20 working hours per week
• Freelance contract
• Work within a team of highly experienced and professional Research Nurses

As one of James Lind Care’s Research Nurses in Germany, you will be a key person representing James Lind Care to the research sites, and most importantly, the thousands of patients in our community, who rely on James Lind Care’s ability to inform and guide them about relevant trials.

• Telephone qualification of patients who have already been pre-qualified based on key trial protocol criteria. James Lind Care has the highest standards of referred patients who are well-informed, motivated, and thoroughly qualified for the clinical trials.
• If needed, collaboration with research sites to ensure that the eligible patient’s path to the site is a pleasant experience for the patient, and a help for the site team.
• Collaboration with sponsors’ CRAs if needed.
• Collaboration with the James Lind Care’s team of Research Nurses in Germany and other European countries.
• Collaboration with the JLC study team comprised of project managers, recruitment specialists and other team members.

You may work from home and on a freelance basis. The number of working hours per month will vary depending on project activities. You will be able to self-manage your working hours to fit in with your private life.

• Professionally trained and experienced Research Nurse or CRA.
• Strong patient communication skills and motivation to be the patient’s guide to clinical trials.
• Independent, self-reliant and positive mindset.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
