Psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner

Divine Mind Counseling and Consulting Services is seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for a full-time hybrid role based in Grand Rapids, MI, with flexibility for some work from home. The primary responsibilities include conducting psychiatric assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, providing medication management, and offering therapeutic interventions. The practitioner will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic treatment and coordinate with external care providers as necessary.

Additional responsibilities include staying updated with best practices in mental health care and adhering to applicable regulations and guidelines.

• Strong expertise in Mental Health Nursing and Psychiatric Care practices.
• Qualified Nurse Practitioner with experience in delivering comprehensive Mental Health and Psychiatric services.
• Proficiency in Mental Health Care techniques, including personalized care plans and therapeutic approaches.
• Valid nurse practitioner licensure and certification to practice in Michigan.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in both clinical and remote settings in a hybrid work model.
• Experience in telehealth services and technology utilization is a plus.
