This is a full-time hybrid Infusion Nurse Leader position based in Kent, WA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Infusion Nurse Leader will oversee the administration of infusion therapy services to patients, ensuring the highest standards of care and patient safety. Responsibilities include coordinating home infusion or private suite treatments, providing direct patient care, supervising clinical staff, supporting critical care needs, and educating patients on their therapy processes.
Effective collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes is central to this role.
- Professional Nursing qualifications and expertise in Medicine
- Experience in Home Infusion services and Direct Patient Care
- Critical Care Medicine knowledge and the ability to address patients' acute and complex needs
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication abilities
- Current RN license in the state of Washington; infusion therapy certification preferred
- Commitment to patient-focused care and the ability to build strong patient relationships
