The VA Portland Health Care System is hiring for their Bend CBOC, located in Bend, Oregon
The Registered Nurse (RN) Home Based Primary Care (HBPC) position is responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process. The RN (HBPC) provides competent, direct Veteran care and care coordination, as it pertains, to Veterans and their care within the HBPC Program. The RN has oversight of licensed vocational nurses/nursing assistants as appropriate to the setting.
DutiesThe RN (HBPC) executes position responsibilities that demonstrate leadership, experience, and creative approaches to management of complex HBPC care.
