We are looking for a high-performing Nurse practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide part-time virtual care to patients across Texas
. This role is ideal for a clinician seeking a flexible, work-from-home schedule while maintaining a high standard of patient care. You will be responsible for conducting virtual visits, managing treatment plans, and ensuring follow-up care within a HIPAA-compliant digital environment.
- Hours:
12–24 hours per week - Shifts:

- Perform synchronous video consultations for acute and chronic conditions.
- Review patient intake forms, medical history, and relevant lab results.
- Utilize prescriptive authority to manage medications and refills according to Texas state guidelines.
- Collaborate with the broader clinical team to ensure continuity of care.
- Complete all clinical documentation in the EMR.
- Licensure:
Valid, unrestricted Texas State License (APRN or PA) is mandatory. - Certifications:
National Board Certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) and current BLS. - DEA:
Active DEA registration. - Clinical
Experience:
2+ years of post-graduate experience, preferably in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Internal Medicine. - Telehealth Readiness:
Proficiency with virtual care platforms and a reliable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload).
- Competitive Hourly Rate: $55.50–$72.20/hr based on experience.
