The unit also cares for patients with sepsis, respiratory issues, and diabetes complications, maintaining a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:5 to 1:6 for personalized care. It is an ideal environment for both experienced nurses and new graduates seeking skill development.

Under the direction of the department manager leads safety and quality initiatives, focuses on and simplifies workflow, and contributes to the development of staff. Increase staff satisfaction and promotes excellent (Gold Standard) customer service.

* MSN (Preferred)
** Certification/Licensure

* BLS required within 90 days of hire
* Professional Specialty Nursing Certification preferred.
** Experience
* ** 18 Months of acute care RN experience(required)
* Previous healthcare experience (required)
* Post surgical area experience (preferred)
