About the Role:Leads, develops, coaches, and supports account managers and regional managers with the endeavor to accomplish company goals.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Experience/
Education:
- 10 years of sales experience and 5 years of leadership experience.
- Proficient at partner programs (i.e.: MS Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environment while under pressure in a calm
- Must be able to work as a team member and develop productive and cooperative working relationships with all members of the Palmetto Infusion team.
- Implements Palmetto Infusion’s policies and procedures as approved by the senior leadership team.
- Implements the Mission and Values of Palmetto Infusion including the deliverance of high quality, patient focused health care.
- Evaluates staff for performance improvement; initiates disciplinary action when required; ensures staff compliance with SLT directives, via Field Coaching Reports or appropriate HR document.
- Facilitates cross functional teamwork through all organizational departments.
- Participates in the development and implementation of the organization’s strategic plan.
