Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Outpatient Community Health) — Flex Schedule

• Provide direct outpatient mental health services and consults with a team of Psychiatrists, Medical Providers, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and Clinical Social Workers.
• Coordinate and document care for quality and continuity of care, and for risk management.
• Serve as a member of the health care team and contribute to quality assurance and quality improvement efforts.
• Work effectively with a variety of ethnic, political, and socioeconomic groups and individuals.

Monday – Friday Work Schedule — No Nights, No Weekends, and No Call.
