Experience- 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
- Must have at least 12 months of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit experience.
- 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
- Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license (required for submission).
- This role will require floating to multiple units.
- Local & travel allowed. Candidates living < 50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
- COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
- Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.
- 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program:

As required by facility. Call Requirements:
No call requirements unless sent home during shift due to low census; we ask our coworkers to be available to the end of their regular scheduled shift for possible admits.
Floating Requirements: Nurses will be expected to work in either the NICU, PICU, Pediatric medical floor or Peds ED as determined by patient volumes.
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 05/25/2026, 07/04/2026, 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
2 references from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required
