Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican is seeking a dedicated Hematology-Oncology NP or PA to join our patient-centered team in Santa Cruz. In this role, you will be a vital part of our cancer program, working alongside expert physicians to provide compassionate, high-level care to our coastal community

  • Modern Facilities: Practice at the Dominican Hospital campus, featuring an outpatient infusion center with 15 private bays and two radiation centers.

  • Integrated Support Team: Work with nurse navigators, social workers, pharmacy liaisons, research coordinators, and genetic counselors.
  • Clinical Infrastructure: Access to an on-site lab, imaging, tele-genetics, and a 17-bed inpatient oncology unit with daily multidisciplinary rounds.
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive care for hematology and oncology patients, including assessments, diagnosis, and management of treatment plans.
  • Perform clinical procedures and manage follow-up care in the clinic and infusion center.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team during weekly tumor boards and survivorship planning.
  • Partner with patients and families to navigate the rapid diagnosis clinic and supportive services.
  • Foster a positive provider culture focused on innovation and clinical excellence.
Job Requirements
  • Possess a valid and unrestricted California medical license (or eligible for licensure)
  • BE/BC AOCNP or Oncology PA
  • 1-2 years of experience in specialty preferred
