Registered Nurse Case Manager

Nurse consultants provide a range of indirect nursing services designed to enhance the quality of independent living of clients. These services include, but are not limited to, conducting necessary assessments, developing client specific medical plans of care, and provides follow along services for persons who are at risk for nursing home placement.
No shift work or weekends required. Offering a benefit package that includes paid mileage, health/dental/vision insurance and PTO.

Travel is required to the counties of and within:
Tucker, Barbour, Upshur, Webster, Randolph, and Pocahontas, and Pendleton.
