How You Will Make a Difference- Provide direct and compassionate care to our patients and residents while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
- Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing.
- Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the facility’s written policies and procedures.
- Possess an active RN license in the state of residence.
- Current/active CPR certification.
- Customer‑service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and productivity.
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
FT RNS – Day or night shifts. 7–7. 10k sign‑on bonus for FT RNS. $5 night‑shift differential.
