We are expanding their outpatient psychiatry team and are seeking passionate, evidence-based Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and Psychiatric Physician Assistants to join their growing practice in Austin, Houston, or Dallas.

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults and/or adolescents.
• Provide care in a hybrid model (Austin, Houston, or Dallas offices).
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless, ethical, evidence-based care.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
• Potential to supervise trainees.

Qualifications for Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) and Physician Assistants (PA):

• Licensed to practice in Texas with an unencumbered DEA.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in psychiatric evaluation and medication management.
• Experience with adult and/or adolescent populations.
• TMS experience preferred.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Strong commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice.
