Home Healthcare - Hospice. This RN Lead role centers on unit-based leadership, partnering with the Nurse Manager, Director, Physicians, and staff to guide care delivery while maintaining safety and quality in a home-based hospice environment.

• Provide unit-based leadership, collaborating with the Nurse Manager, Director, physicians, and staff to coordinate care.
• Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing and ancillary personnel, using professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.
• Ensure all patients receive cost-effective, professional care that achieves positive outcomes, high patient satisfaction, and maintains patient safety.
• Assess patient experience and implement steps to improve quality of care and overall care outcomes.
• Support staffing operations, ensure effective delegation, and participate in interdisciplinary care planning.

• Active registered nurse license in California.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in nursing (preferred for this RN Lead role).
• Ability to work in a home healthcare - hospice setting and coordinate with an interprofessional team.
• Availability for the Nights shift (3x12-hour shifts).
