Primary Care RN or LPN

Overview

Find your calling at Mercy! Our Primary Care Nurse is a newly created role for the clinics. In this position the nurse will work closely with the Providers and manage triage calls/messages for the clinic. They will have the option to move hybrid after training is complete.

Location: Mercy Clinic Union/Saint Andrews, 97 Saint Andrews Dr, Union, MO 63084

Schedule:
Monday - Friday,

No nights, weekends, or holidays!

Training and hybrid option: Must complete three months of on-site training prior to transitioning to hybrid work-from-home schedule;
Must also be available to come on-site for monthly clinic meetings.

  • Education:
    
    Diploma in Practical Nursing.
  • Licensure:
    Active LPN license.
  • Experience:
    
    2-3 years of experience preferred.
• RN
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
  • Education:
    
    Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, Graduation from registered nursing program, bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN), OR 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor’s degree.
  • Licensure:
    Active RN license.
  • Experience:
    
    2-3 years of experience preferred.

• Proficiency with Epic EMR system.
• Timely and thorough patient triage skills.
• Computer competency (most of this position will be computer work).
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Adaptability in a new and changing environment.
