• Participate in a virtual weekend rotation every 4th weekend (Sat/Sun 9:00am‑12:00pm MST)
• Provide both in‑person and virtual patient care based on market‑specific needs
• Submit in‑house and outside referrals based on patient needs
• Work independently and collaborate with an integrated care team including mental health and physical therapy providers
• Contribute to Nice Healthcare’s mission to change how people get and experience healthcare

DAY Shift: 8‑hour shifts between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm MST. FTE: 0.8375. Full day behind the wheel required.

• Master’s degree in Nursing
• CPR/BLS certification
• National certification from ANCC or AANP
• Unrestricted current license to practice in your state
• Ability to lift a 30 lb bag frequently
• Insured vehicle in a safe and acceptable condition
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license; background check upon offer
• Space to maintain and store supplies for in‑person visits
• Strong time‑management skills, able to transition between patients efficiently
• Comfortable with and excited about using technology
• Enjoy working on the road, being out in the community, and able to commit to a full day behind the wheel
• Proficient in phlebotomy or willing to learn; training provided if needed

$97,552 - $108,004 (at 0.8375 FTE)
