Otterbein Marblehead is situated on 47 acres of land near the shores of Lake Erie, just outside the gates of Lakeside Chautauqua. The community features 57 independent living patio homes and apartments, 37 assisted living care units, and 20 “5-Star” nursing care suites (in two Green House homes). Job Types: PRN

Pay:
Starting at $18.50 per hour, with experience-based increases and shift differentials: $3.00 second shift differential and $1.50 third shift differential.

• Care for residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
• Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.

• Certification:
  Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) certification required in the State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
• Experience:
  
  Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.
