You will be prepared with PPE and will care for seniors and adults with disabilities. The Business Development Nurse Liaison will build professional partnerships by visiting hospitals and rehab facilities.
In this role, you will:
- Communicate effectively with people at all levels, both verbally and in writing
- Observe and report any changes in a client’s condition
- Provide best‑in‑class care management
- Act as a role model by coaching and training new caregivers
- Maintain a positive, customer‑focused attitude and a smile with every interaction
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current state licensure
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably home health or hospice
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to perform nursing procedures under physician direction per state scope of practice
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation or insurance coverage
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Proficient reading, writing, speaking and understanding of English
- Participation in in‑service education programs as required by state law
- Primarily at client residences; travel may be required
- Shift times and days vary with client needs
- Rehab and hospital visits to build partnerships
