Baycare is seeking a Clinical Nurse for the Labor & Delivery Department in Winter Haven. The position requires a Registered Nurse license and at least 18 months of Labor & Delivery experience. Nurses will work night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM and care for a group of patients in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities include patient care management, delegation of tasks, and prioritization of care plans. This role does not require remote work and occasionally involves weekend duties.
