Healthcare Nursing, RN Nurse
We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. As a RN/LPN at Journey, you'll play a crucial role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
HoursThis position follows a 7 a.m.
- 3 p.m., 3 p.m.
- 11 p.m. and 11 p.m.
- 7 a.m. shift schedules.

Major Duties and Responsibilities- Deliver direct nursing care and administer medications as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and report concerns to physicians or supervisors
- Supervise and support CNAs and other care staff, ensuring quality and compliance
- Participate in care planning and documentation
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Promote a safe and infection-controlled environment
- Follow policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines in accordance with regulatory standards
- Active and unrestricted LPN or RN license in the state of practice
- A Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
- Current CPR certification.
- Prior experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
