Maine Health Behavioral Health (MHBH) seeks an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our Behavioral Health Integrated team with Maine Health Primary Care – Family Medicine – Sanford, a well‑established practice offering complete care to all ages. The PMHNP will provide psychiatric consultation and care to help shape services for a multidisciplinary outpatient clinic. Educating the care team on psychiatric approaches to behavioral health conditions is an exciting part of the role.

Full‑Time (benefits eligible) 32 hours per week – Potential hybrid (onsite with some remote work) options.

• Master's degree as Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
• Two years' experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) minimum (Required).
• Valid license as a Nurse Practitioner by the Maine State Board of Nursing and qualified to do psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Must meet specific credentialing criteria needed if working in the hospital as defined by Medical Staff By‑Laws.
• Advanced skill and knowledge in conducting psychiatric evaluations and treating psychiatric patients.
