About the Role
Business Development Nurse Liaison will work in client residences, hospitals, and rehab facilities to build professional partnerships and provide best‑in‑class care management for seniors and adults with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabs, and community partners.
- Assist clients with care planning, referrals, and support services.
- Observe and report any changes in client condition, providing detailed care updates.
- Co‑train and coach new caregivers to uphold company standards.
- Travel to client locations as required and maintain accurate documentation.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with active licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or hospice.
- Current CPR certification and basic life support training.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation or ability to use a company vehicle.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Willingness to participate in state‑mandated in‑service education programs.
- Primarily visits client residences with occasional travel.
- Shift times and days vary according to client needs.
- Hands–on care and partnership building with rehab and hospital teams.
