As a Nurse Practitioner in our primary care clinics, you’ll provide compassionate, patient-centered services that support health, wellness, and continuity of care. You’ll work closely with a dedicated team to meet patients where they are and help them move toward their health goals.

Full‑time family nurse practitioner position available for medical telehealth consultation. This unique position allows for the ability to work from home half of the week and the other half spent in clinic providing consultation via telehealth only.

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to patients in primary care settings.

• Conduct telehealth consultations as part of the clinic’s primary care services.

• Practice experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) required.
