For a limited time Maine Health is offering a $10,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible Registered Nurses with up to 2 years of RN experience and $20,000 for Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of RN work experience!

Maine Health - Pain Care Management team is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our close-knit and collaborative team! This position is based onsite and offers the opportunity to work alongside a supportive group of four nurses across our Kennebunk and Sanford offices.
The schedule consists of four days per week with rotating days, and once fully oriented, the role will offer the flexibility to work from home one day per week. In addition, this position offers a sign-on bonus, relocation reimbursement (if applicable), a flexible schedule, and the benefit of no weekends, no on-call requirements, and no major holidays.
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with ideally a BSN and 2-3 years of nursing experience who is eager to contribute to a dynamic and encouraging environment where collaboration is valued and every team member's voice is heard. This role primarily focuses on clerical triage care, with occasional patient-facing responsibilities.

Summary:
The MH Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Care role provides high quality care to patients and families calling or presenting for care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, and performs a wide variety of patient care services to assist physicians/advanced practice practitioners in delivering excellent care to patients of the practice.
MH RN II:
This level is competent in their clinical role and has demonstrated the ability to care for most patients assigned. Though not able to care for every patient type within their area of hire, demonstrates how to obtain the appropriate resources to develop required skills and knowledge over time. This level included automatic advancement after 1 year as a RN I - must be in good standing and meets RN I requirements.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
* Education:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
* License/
Certifications:
Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
* Experience:
One year of recent RN experience required. Automatic advancement from RN I level if all onboarding requirements are complete, including the New Grad Residency (where available).
