Clinicians have the autonomy to determine scheduling and encounter length. Typical workdays are Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, with freedom to create custom schedules for work‑life balance.

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP‑BC) will participate in an integrated care team model ponsibilities include:

• Medication management
• Individual psychotherapy
• Family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed
• Clinical care and documentation following treatment sessions
• Collaboration with physicians, psychologists, and other mental health professionals

Licensure in Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with experience working with patients who have mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance misuse, and other psychiatric impairments under the supervision of a consulting psychiatrist(s). New graduates are welcome. Preferred: successful completion of the PMHNP‑BC exam.
