Nurse Practitioner – Telehealth Primary & Acute Care (Flexible Remote - New Grads Welcome)
A recognized healthcare system is hiring Nurse Practitioners to expand its nationwide remote care team. This fully virtual role supports patients needing both acute care visits and general primary care follow-ups, with highly flexible scheduling and strong clinical support. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do- Manage virtual visits for common acute conditions and urgent care needs
- Conduct primary care assessments and routine follow-ups
- Review diagnostics, labs, and patient messages
- Document all encounters accurately in the EMR
- Support patients through a modern telehealth platform
- Active NP license in any U.S. state (multi-state preferred but not required)
- Strong communication & clinical judgment
- Telehealth experience helpful but not required
- New graduates welcome (support and training available)
Competitive compensation: $120–$185 per hour. Telehealth onboarding + clinical support team. Medical insurance provided.
