** Vitalant is seeking a Lead Registered Nurse dedicated to making a positive difference. Your impact as a Lead Registered Nurse is vital. You will play a pivotal role in supporting Vitalant's life-saving mission by conducting advanced clinical procedures, which encompass therapeutic apheresis procedures including stem cell, granulocyte, and lymphocyte collections, all while operating under the supervision of a licensed physician.##

** Salary**: $80168.40 - $95825.60 Annually, Depending on Experience

* Provide excellent care to our patients.
* Deliver therapeutic interventions or equivalent expertise, (such as infusion, dialysis, or critical care).
* Work autonomously in various clinical settings.
* Coordinate with physicians and nurses from different hospitals for therapeutic treatments.
* Train clinical apheresis staff and assess performance of procedures.
* Utilize your clinical judgment to ensure appropriate and safe apheresis treatments.
* Act as a clinical consultant for patient treatment planning.
* Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma from an accredited School of Nursing required.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Knowledge of rationale and techniques relating to assigned duties required.
* 2 years of previous hospital experience or related experience required.
* RN license in state of practice required.
* Current CPR certification required.
* Valid driver's license required.
