Well are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide patient-centered care via telemedicine. You will conduct virtual consultations, develop personalized wellness plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team in a fully virtual environment.
The ideal candidate will have an active Nurse Practitioner license, national certification, and at least two years of experience, ideally with exposure to hormone therapy. This position offers a remote work environment with a Monday to Friday schedule.
