Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specialized in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) to join our innovative healthcare team. In this role, you will provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for patients seeking hormone optimization and wellness solutions. Your energetic approach will empower patients to achieve their health goals through personalized care, education, and ongoing support.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized BHRT treatment plans utilizing advanced knowledge of hormone therapy protocols.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document clinical findings, treatment plans, and follow-up care accurately.
- Educate patients on hormone health, lifestyle modifications, and medication management to promote optimal wellness.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for complex cases involving critical care, geriatrics, or behavioral health needs.
- Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant state license:
Alabama, Mississippi, Missouri and/or South Carolina. - Valid DEA license:
Alabama, Mississippi, Missouri and/or South Carolina. - Proven experience working with BHRT patients.
- Excellent patient assessment skills.
- Knowledge of CPT coding, ICD-10 coding standards for accurate billing and documentation practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating excellent communication skills.
