Home Health Registered Nurse (1099/Contract) Multiple Positions
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes according to physician orders and plans of care under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of Florida
- At least one year of nursing experience; preferred one year in home healthcare
- Must have current BLS certification
- Must have current CPR certification
- Required significant local travel
- A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible
- Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
- Begin the initial Start of Care (SOC) assessment and regularly reevaluate the patient’s nursing needs.
- Meet daily productivity standards.
- Initiate the plan of care and necessary revisions.
- Provide services requiring substantial specialized nursing skills.
- Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
- Prepare clinical and progress notes for each patient visit and summaries of care conferences on patients in a timely manner.
$45–$52 per hour.
