• Provide skilled nursing care in home or facility settings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to healthcare professionals.
• Assist with wound care, injections, IV therapy, and other medical procedures

• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
  .
• Work alongside doctors, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Ensure a safe, comfortable, and compassionate environment for patients.

• Valid RN or LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Experience in home care, hospice, assisted living, or hospital settings is a plus.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans effectively.
• Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
