Location: Spokane Valley
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Telephonic Nurse Case Manager to support individuals with work-related injuries. Our ideal candidate will conduct consultative exams, assessing both physical and psychological aspects without administering medical treatment. Our team of providers manage evaluations, screenings, and case management for Insurance Carriers, TPAs, Public Entities, and Employers.
This is a remote position — candidates cannot reside in California but must hold an active California RN license.
The salary for this role is between $75,000 and $85,000 per year depending on licensure, certifications and experience.
Responsibilities- Deliver tailored services for individuals affected by work-related injuries.
- Work closely with physicians and claims adjusters to craft efficient and budget-friendly treatment strategies.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with our client base.
- Act as an essential liaison connecting patients with their healthcare providers.
- Active California RN License (or compact licensure including California), required.
- Must reside outside of California.
- Associate of Science degree in Nursing (ASN) or higher-level nursing degree.
- Proven clinical experience, ideally in ICU, ER, Trauma, Ortho, and/or Neurology.
- Experience in Workers’ Compensation case management preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
