Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $65.00/hr.

A virtual preventive health program is seeking Nurse Practitioners to deliver short, structured telehealth sessions that help patients successfully quit smoking and adopt healthier long‑term habits. This role blends clinical care with supportive behavior‑change coaching, offering a unique opportunity to make a measurable impact with each visit.

Through a structured 8‑session evidence‑based protocol
, you’ll guide patients step‑by‑step as they work toward quitting. Visits are brief, focused, and conversational — ideal for NPs who enjoy motivational work and strong patient engagement. New graduates are welcome; comprehensive training is provided.

• Conduct brief 10–15 minute virtual counseling sessions
• Guide patients through a structured 8‑session quit program
• Provide motivational support, relapse prevention, and behavior change strategies
• Use streamlined EMR templates for efficient documentation
• Participate in light asynchronous messaging when needed
• Work closely with a supportive clinical team focused on patient success

• Strong communication and patient coaching skills
• Ability to follow structured clinical workflows and protocols
• Prior work in primary care, internal medicine, behavioral health, or addiction medicine
• Ability to offer optional evening/weekend availability
• $25–$65 per hour
