Work ArrangementsTelephonic Registered Nurse (RN) – Work from home. Candidates must be based in Texas or Arizona.
Responsibilities- Provide patient education and support during outbound calls.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive plans of care for patients with multiple disease states.
- Collaborate with health‑care professionals and the Compliance and Persistence team to ensure continuity of care.
- Use advanced computer skills and Microsoft Office to interact with patients and manage patient data.
Monday‑Friday, 10:30 am – 7:00 pm (CST). Full‑time hourly position with set hours.
Required Qualifications- Registered Nurse with an unrestricted compact license in Texas or Arizona.
- Ability to be licensed in multiple states and to expand privilege to all non‑compact states, territories and the District of Columbia as needed.
- 3+ years of clinical RN experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- COVID vaccine status: N/A.
- Must be based in TX or AZ for this requisition.
- Previous telephonic nursing experience.
- Experience with EPIC systems.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Licensure in multiple states preferred.
RN Diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s in Nursing.
CompensationHourly pay range: $29.10 – $62.32. Salary may vary based on experience, education, geography, and other factors. Eligible for bonus, commission or short‑term incentive programs.
