Monday–Sunday, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

Bright Star Care is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in‑home care for a pediatric client in the Cincinnati area. This role offers steady hours and the opportunity to care for one patient in a home setting.

• Provide nursing care following the established Plan of Care
• Assist with daily activities and personal hygiene
• Support trach, and ventilator care needs
• Maintain a safe home environment
• Complete required documentation accurately

• Days Available: Monday through Sunday
• Shift: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

• Active Ohio LPN license
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Current CPR certification
• Recent TB test or chest X‑ray
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Experience with trach and ventilator preferred (training available)
