A national virtual care group is expanding its primary care and wellness services and is looking for Nurse Practitioners who genuinely enjoy helping patients feel better in their day‑to‑day lives. About the Role

This is a full‑time, fully remote position where you’ll care for adult patients who want consistency, ongoing support, and a provider who takes a whole‑person approach. You’ll handle general primary care needs but also spend time talking through lifestyle habits, stress, sleep, prevention, and long‑term health goals. New graduates who feel comfortable working in a virtual environment are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual primary care visits for adult patients
• Support long‑term wellness goals, lifestyle changes, and preventative care
• Review labs, adjust care plans, and answer patient messages
• Help patients manage chronic conditions in a supportive, coaching‑oriented way
• Document visits using simple, streamlined EMR templates

Qualifications

• FNP, ANP, AGNP, AGACNP, PMHNP, or similar certification
• Active NP license in at least one U.S. state (multi‑state preferred)
• Warm, patient‑centered communication style
• Comfort working independently in a telehealth setting
• Experience helpful, but new graduates are welcome

Pay range and compensation package

• $170,000–$198,000 annual salary + discretionary productivity bonus
