Baptist Health is looking for a Transfer Center Triage Nurse to join our team in Kentucky. This remote position requires residency in KY or IN. You will provide telephonic nursing care, facilitating patient transfers and ensuring optimal customer relations.
The ideal candidate has at least five years of nursing experience and holds an associate degree in nursing. This part-time role offers 24 hours of work per week, with shifts from 8 am to 8:30 pm and every third weekend.
