Registered Nurse - RN-Inpatient UnitRN

A compassionate and dedicated individual is needed for the Hospice Nurse opportunity with our company. As a Hospice Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality, expert care of your assigned hospice patients. This opportunity offers $ per hour based on experience.

• Assess patient and family educational needs and provide appropriate education
• Apply nursing principles and techniques in the treatment of patients, providing nursing care, emotional support and education to patient and family
• Initiate interdisciplinary plan of care to address PFC needs
• Provide safe and appropriate patient care in accordance with protocols, policies, procedures and physician orders
• Manage medications according to standards
• Respond appropriately in emergency situations
  
  Implement, evaluate and revise the plan of care and direct others in its implementation
• Provide or facilitate the provision of emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families
• Participate in the orientation of new employees
• Supervise all CHHA and Volunteers

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
• NJ RN license required; BSN preferred
• IV and Medical Surgical Experience required
• Hospice experience preferred
• Bilingual is a plus!
