Remote Nurse Triage RN PT (5p-11p weekdays, 8a-4p/2p-10p weekends)

• 3 shifts per 2‑week pay period, Mon‑Fri, rotating 5p‑11p CST.
• 2 of every 3 weekend rotations (Sat & Sun), rotating 8a‑4p / 2p‑10p.

• Have proven experience in a fast‑paced, critical‑thinking environment (ED, Critical Care, Surgical Services, etc.).
• Work a minimum of 2–3 shifts per week (Mon‑Fri) and 2 weekends or every 3 weeks, both Saturday and Sunday on those weekends with rotating times.
• Train for 3 weeks: first week Monday‑Thursday 9a‑6p CST, remaining two weeks dependent on preceptor availability (likely evening shifts).
• Provide remote triage care via phone, maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Prepare for calls with a minimum clock‑in of 30 minutes prior; remain clocked in to complete charting after call roll.
• Work from a quiet, HIPAA‑compliant home office with high‑speed fiber or coaxial cable internet; laptop directly connected to modem (no Wi‑Fi).

• MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license; must live or work in a Compact US state.
• 3+ years as a RN, minimum of 1 year in a fast‑paced environment (ED, Surgical Services, Critical Care).
• Must be comfortable with technology and remotely accessing multiple applications.
• Must type proficiently and have high‑speed internet.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages a bonus.
• Legally eligible to work in the US.
• Capable of completing the 3‑week orientation and training.
• Must be available to work Saturdays & Sundays on required weekends (2 of every 3 weekends); holidays as required.
• Ability to handle stress and multitask under high call volume.
• Maintain continuing education units (CEUs) as required by the state(s) of assignments.
• Pass background and nursing license checks.

• Hourly rate of $25.00 when trained to assigned team.
• Full PTO accrual for part‑time nurses based on hours worked.
• Additional paid sick days (3 paid sick days per year).
