Lee County Care & Rehabilitation Center is a 109-bed skilled nursing facility located along the middle fork of the Kentucky River in Beattyville, Kentucky. The facility offers short-term rehabilitation services and long-term care, providing physical, occupational and speech therapies, and ongoing restorative therapy to maintain our residents' highest level of mobility and independence. Grow with us in your new position as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

• Provide daily personal care to residents
• Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in residents' rooms
• Ambulate and transfer residents, using appropriate assistive devices
• Record vital signs and other information as assigned
• Observe residents and report any changes in condition

• Current Nursing Certification from state
• Current/active CPR certification
