Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Home Visits

Location:

Brooklyn, NY
Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 per year

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, no weekends

• Training provided
• 10% pension contribution
• 44 paid days off per year
• Transportation stipend on top of salary
• Home-based pediatric care setting

• Provide home-based nursing visits for well-babies and young pediatric patients in Brooklyn.
• Perform assessments, follow-up visits, and ongoing nursing support in the home setting.
• Educate parents and caregivers on infant health, development, and care needs.
• Develop and support individualized care plans based on patient and family needs.
• Coordinate with the broader care team to help ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely follow-up.

• Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
• Background in pediatric inpatient care, NICU, PICU, maternal-child health, home care, or related pediatric clinical settings is a plus.
• Strong assessment, communication, and caregiver education skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
• Car or access to transportation preferred if required for visits.
