Clinical Program Manager RN

Position:
Full‑time 8‑hour Evening shift.

Providence Little Company of Mary in Torrance, CA is noted as a leading hospital. This role serves as a designated liaison with providers and Ministry Care Coordination teams to move patients toward safe discharge plans or transitions to appropriate levels of care.

• Serve as designated divisional liaison with providers and Ministry Care Coordination teams.
• Move patients toward safe and effective discharge plans or transitions to the most appropriate next level of care.
• Plan and develop reporting tools for sharing information between division and ministry teams.
• Foster collaborative working relationships within and beyond Care Coordination teams, acting as a resource and subject‑matter expert for both teams, providing guidance and training as needed.

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• 3 years of experience in Utilization Management.
• Experience working with Inter Qual and MCG guidelines.

• Master's Degree in Nursing.
• 5 years of experience as a utilization/case manager in an acute care setting.
• Experience in a multi‑hospital and/or integrated healthcare system.

Base pay range: $68.94 – $108.84 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
