Work From Home Nurse Practitioner | Remote in PA PTO

We're looking for a board-certified Nurse Practitioner to join a growing care team: fully remote, supporting patients across Pennsylvania through virtual visits.

This is a real work-from-home role with a fixed schedule: five 8-hour shifts, no nights, no weekends, no on-call.

• Conduct virtual patient visits for primary and family care needs
• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostics
• Provide patient education, follow-ups, and care coordination
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team

• Active FNP/ACNP certification (AANP or ANCC)
• Active Pennsylvania RN and CRNP license
• MUST reside in Pennsylvania
• 1+ year of clinical NP experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
• Strong communication and independent clinical judgment
• Fully remote — work from anywhere in PA
