Remote Dispatch LPN, Hospice & HH- PT wknd; Sat & Sun

Intella Triage has been providing after-hours nurse triage for hospice and home health providers since 2008. Our triage nurses become an extension of our clients’ care team, handling care during non-core hours.

The Dispatch Nurse will support Intella Triage nurses and clients by scheduling visits based on priority needs. This is a part‑time position, working every other Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST.

• Manage encounters that require a nurse visit and place them in a workgroup by a triage nurse.
• Prioritize workgroup encounters based on acuity and use internal tools to identify the correct on‑call staff member.
• Place outbound calls to our on‑call staff to arrange visits and relay call information.

• MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact LPN license.
• MUST live in or work from a Compact US state.
• Experience with end‑of‑life care is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish – ability to speak, read and write in both languages.
• Must have high‑speed internet.
• Must be tech‑savvy, enjoy a fast‑paced environment, and have keyboard competence.
• Must have clear communication skills, be detail‑oriented, reliable, comfortable using spreadsheets, and able to multitask.
• Will work every other weekend 10:00 AM‑7:00 PM CST.

• All LPNs are paid $19 per hour.
• Shift differentials: $1 for overnight shifts and $1 for Saturday and Sunday shifts.
• Part‑time and full‑time nurses accumulate paid time off based on hours worked per year.
• Eligibility to participate in the 401(k) plan.
• Full‑time nurses may also participate in medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance.
