Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Travel Registered Nurse - Home Health for our healthcare partner in Seven Hills, OH.

The anticipated hourly wage for this position is $55.92 per hour. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality home health services to patients throughout the surrounding service area. In this role, you will conduct skilled nursing visits, perform comprehensive patient assessments, complete OASIS documentation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support positive patient outcomes in the home setting.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical assessment skills, home health experience, and the ability to work independently while managing a patient caseload across multiple communities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct skilled nursing visits in patients' homes in accordance with physician orders and established care plans.

- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor health status and progress toward goals.

- Complete OASIS assessments accurately and within required regulatory timelines.

- Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care based on patient needs.

- Provide patient and caregiver education regarding disease management, medications, treatments, and safety practices.

- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other members of the healthcare team.

- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition to appropriate providers.

- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, state regulations, and federal home health guidelines.

- Participate in on-call coverage and weekend rotations as assigned.

- Promote patient independence, safety, and quality of life through effective home-based nursing care.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher.

- Previous Home Health nursing experience.

- Experience completing OASIS assessments and documentation.

- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile patient caseload.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) documentation software.

- Previous travel nursing experience.

- Knowledge of home health regulations, reimbursement requirements, and best practices.

- Experience coordinating care across multidisciplinary teams.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to travel between patient homes throughout the service area.

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist patients as needed during home visits.

- Ability to transport nursing equipment and supplies.

- Ability to safely navigate various home environments.

- Ability to utilize electronic documentation systems and mobile technology.

Schedule

- 40 hours per week (36 hours guaranteed)

- Typical shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

- One week of on-call coverage per month

- One weekend per month required

- Mileage reimbursement provided between patient visits.

- Navy or black scrubs required.

** Pay Details:**  $55.92 per hour
